The receptionists tend to be very rude and ill-mannered; this time I had to speak with Sandra Rizo. She didn't help me with my question and was very rude she spoke to me in a very unpleasant way. The doctors are good, but receptionists like her definitely give the whole hospital a bad name. Very poor service.

My experience was great. Dr.Trilby Jo Tener was amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit. she took the time to listen to me and made me feel reassured. i left feeling like i didn’t have to worry anymore. i’m very grateful for the care and kindness she provided. Thank you, Saint James Health!

After reading some of the other reviews, I consider myself lucky. I've been treated with respect and greeted with a smile. The NP and I disagree on a couple of things but I feel cared about and heard. The place is always clean and neat.

Hello, I went there to 228 Lafayette Street Newark NEW JERSEY 07105 and I was told to go to the second floor front desk, when I got there, there was this lady there, and I greeted her and she did not greet me back, she was very rude. Seems to be in a really bad mood… very unprofessional, her name is (Carla Martinez). This lady is The rudest!! person i’ve come across in a while and she has no mannerisms, but thank God! I dealt with her coworker. Her name is (Julie Reyes) she’s a very! nice person very professional, really outgoing and she went out on a limb for me, and answered my questions but, then there was something that she wasn’t clear about and when she asked this person, (Carla Martinez) the question, she refused to answer her and ignored her so (Julie Reyes) apologized on her behalf (Carla Martinez) because she would not give nor answer the question. She speaks to you like your a peasant with her nose up in the air again, very disrespectful. She really needs to be sat down and schooled… on how to treat patients and the coworkers with respect. I don even know where to begin. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or any information if you are not physically there. I’ve missed over 3 appointments due to not being aware, I call they say I have nothing when in fact do. I mentioned to the doctor and no one seems to really care. They come in to see you for a brief moment to get you out if you aren’t experiencing anything they consider “extreme” which does not make me feel heard at all. They have not documented all of my pregnancy symptoms and on top of that have gotten how far along I am wrong on my chart! How do you mess that up!! I missed my 20 week scan by over 7 weeks now due to the negligence of the office! Even now trying to call to get my information transferred over to a new spot the lady on the phone hung up on my face after I asked if there was anything else as the email was not working, no bye or anything! Every pregnancy symptom I’ve experienced and told has been dismissed and not taken seriously. I have never felt more dismissed and forgotten as a patient like I have here ever before. Currently going to a different doctor, almost in my 3rd trimester hoping for better care towards me, my health, and
